Greater detail would be that I want to use the red eye orb to invade, save up humanity, and then join Chaos again and use the humanity for my spells then rejoin Darkwraith and continue invading. I know that you can usually rejoin covenants as long as you leave without killing their NPCs, but I just wanted to know if anybody has it confirmed whether it's the same with Darkwraith or not.

Worth joining just to suck the life out of Petrus before sending him out of this world. Darkwraiths do what darkwraiths do for themselves and the joy of discovery promised by every invasion - the cattle on the other end do not matter.

I'm doing a run where I get every weapon The covenant was obviously locked behind sif and the four kings to counter twinking but this also had the side effect of players being naturally OP just to get the red eye orb.
I simply love this covenant. I do my best to fight honorably, as much as the other player allows. If I get wind that you summoned someone I'm gonna take you out by whatever means necessary before your help arrives and it's two or more against one.
