In fact there is a small pond of water that heals nearly instantly. The above ground location is the train station which is due west of the Ventilation Complex in Yanov. You can get to the Oasis through an underground tunnel. The tunnel is in the small building between the Ventilation Complex and the train rails. There are Zombified Stalkers , in the building and several Rodents in the tunnel. Once inside make your way through the lower levels until to find the open room with several columns.
Walk straight through the left-most set of columns and proceed to the next room. Walk through the second-from-left set of columns, then move to the next room, as star fields appear. Keep doing this until you have passed through each row in each room one after another. Walk through the pillar room and trigger the teleportation effect again, but take a straight route that differs from your initial path through the room. Repeat this process for each of the five possible paths through the room, and four energy fields will now be visible, one for each row of pillars in the room.
Given the placement of the fields, the solution to bypassing this anomaly becomes apparent: walk through each of the four fields in order of their proximity to the room entrance, and the teleportation effect will be bypassed. True to the legends, the Oasis is a bastion of peace and tranquility, free of mutants and radiation and capable of healing the wounds of those who rest in the central pool. At the center of the Oasis lies the Heart of the Oasis, a powerful artifact that has absorbed the healing powers of the Oasis.
Ignore these until you finish walking through each row. Once you complete the far right side, start the room over again. You now need to walk through each curtain in succession until you get to the other side of the room. Exit this room for the final time, and you should come out in Oasis.
